The olives at the heart of your table ...


The quality of any food preparation product depends in large measure on the quality of the ingredients used. That is why Père Olive imposes very strict specifications on its suppliers in strict compliance with consumer expectations.

Only the olives that meet high quality criteria find their way to the production sites of Père Olive. Only debittered olives from Greece, Spain, Morocco or France arrive in 100- or 150-kilogram casks in a strong brine. They are received whole, pitted or stuffed with peppers. They are then desalted in the facilities of Père Olive, and subjected to rigorous quality control.

The olives are then prepared using different recipes and mixed with fresh condiments such as garlic, cheese, lemon, peppers, anchovies etc.

Finally they are packaged and delivered to customers.
