Codes on each product enable Père Olive to ensure total traceability from ingredients to the finished products.
Origin of Père Olive table olives
The olives are harvested mainly in Mediterranean countries such as Greece, Spain, France or Morocco. Ten varieties of olives are available (depending on their harvesting period), including Appellations of Controlled Origin (ACO).
