A unique production method enables Père Olive to offer its customers a wide range of unpasteurised and unsterilised table olives, thereby preserving the fresh taste and the crisp texture of the fruit. Père Olive also markets products obtained from the processing of olives such as Tapenades.

Père Olive guarantees the quality of its products through rigorous quality control at every step of production. Furthermore, the olives are processed according to the strict standards of quality certificates.
Codes on each product enable Père Olive to ensure total traceability from ingredients to the finished products.
Origin of Père Olive table olives
The olives are harvested mainly in Mediterranean countries such as Greece, Spain, France or Morocco. More than 10 varieties of olives are available (depending on their harvesting period), including Appellations of Controlled Origin (ACO).
