Don’t have time to prepare a good spaghetti sauce? Here is a very simple preparation that will do wonders for your pasta.


Preparation tips

Bring 5 litres of water to boil in a large casserole.
Add the pasta, some dried tomatoes and five black olives. By the time that the pasta is cooked, the tomatoes will have been rehydrated and the olives will have flavoured your cooking water.
Strain your pasta, cut the tomatoes into fine strips and mix them with the past.
Add a little freshly pressed garlic, snipped basil, salt and pepper.
Then cover everything with grated parmesan.
