This ever so easy to prepare ham and olive cake will garnish your aperitifs at home and with your friends.


Preparation tips

Preheat the oven at 180°c.
Dice the ham.
Pour the sifted yeast and flower in a bowl. Add the eggs, olive oil and milk. Continue to work the paste until you obtain a smooth cream.
Add the diced ham (or precooked bacon bits) to the pasta, together with the olives, gruyere, and a good pinch of pepper, and mix.
Butter the baking tin, pour the preparation in it and let it cook for 45 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
As the olives are already salted, there is no need to add salt.
