Retail
A unique production method enables Père Olive to offer its customers a wide range of unpasteurised and unsterilised table olives, thereby preserving the fresh taste and the crisp texture of the fruit.
In addition to its 114 recipes that include organic products, Père Olive wishes to offer various types of packaging to satisfy all retail chains. Père Olive also offers products of processed olives and dried tomatoes (Tapenades and Tomanade), and a wine range of Mediterranean products such as dried tomatoes, peppers, garlic, capers, lupins, banderillas and caperfruit.
Père Olive markets its products under its own brands but also under private label development.

Père Olive guarantees the quality of its products through rigorous quality control at every step of production. Furthermore, the olives are processed according to the strict standards of quality certificates. Père Olive is certified by BRC (British Retail Consortium)- Global Standard Food, Version 4, Level B.
Codes on each product enable Père Olive to ensure total traceability from ingredients to the finished products.
Origin of Père Olive table olives
The olives are harvested mainly in Mediterranean countries such as Greece, Spain, France or Morocco. Ten varieties are available (depending on their harvesting period), including Appellations of Controlled Origin (ACO).
