– 500 g button mushrooms
– 200 g cream cheese with mild chilli pepper
– 1 pinch Espelette pepper
– a little fresh thyme
– olive oil

Preparation
Remove the mushrooms stalks and brush the head gently.
Mix the cream cheese with mild chilli pepper and the Espelette pepper. Place a little stuffing in each mushroom.
Drizzle with olive oil, add a little thyme and savour.
You can also eat them hot. In that case, put them in the oven at 180° for 15 minutes
