Rich in good nutrients and benefits, the olive is by nature a generous fruit. Each olive has its own character, reflecting its region and those who grow it. Père Olive has selected them for their inimitable qualities.
History of olives
Kalamon
Originally from the Kalamata region in southern Greece (Peloponnese), Kalamon olives are highly appreciated by olive lovers for their luscious texture and their hint of bitterness and salt. Harvested from the tree when they are fully ripe, they can be recognised by their brown and violet colour and their smooth flesh.
