Olives and mild chilli peppers

Ingredients

– about twenty shrimps
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 pinch Espelette pepper
– 1 clove garlic
– salt and pepper
– about a dozen olives with mild chilli peppers

Preparation

Marinate the shrimps in four large tbsp of olive oil with the chopped clove of garlic, the chilli pepper, salt and pepper.

Leave in the refrigerator for two hours.

Put three shrimps and four olives on a wooden skewer and grill over a high heat for a few minutes.
