Tapenade of tomatoes

Ingredients

– 500 g mozzarella di Bufala
– 200 g tapenade of tomatoes (tomanade)
– a little fresh thyme
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– fleur de sel
– pepper

Preparation

Place the tomanade on an attractive plate. Put the ball of mozzarella cut in half carefully on top and drizzle with olive oil.

Add pepper, a little fleur de sel, a pinch of thyme and savour chilled. Delicious!
