Wrap with muhammara, carrots, beetroots and cucumber

Muhammara

Ingredients

4 to 6 wraps
– 175 g muhammara
– 2 carrots
– 2 small, raw beetroots
– 1 cucumber

Preparation

Peel and grate the carrots and beetroots. Set aside.

Wash the cucumber and cut into small sticks. Set aside.

Spread a good layer of muhammara on a wrap, add a little beetroot and carrots and a few sticks of cucumber. Salt, pepper and roll gently.

Cut the wraps into small portions to be served with aperitifs.

Ideal for a lunch or a healthy picnic.
